There are a few ways to check whether you have completed RCR training.
If you are a Georgia Tech employee (this includes GRAs and student assistants), you can access the RCR People Report in Cognos/WebWISE via your GT login ID. It provides training completion dates and contact hour information for all RCR training that you've completed (online CITI RCR training, doctoral RCR courses, and RCR workshops/events). Selecting the link above will open the report in Cognos. After running the report, selecting the number of contact hours will bring up a new screen with course/workshop attendance details.
The Research Education Training System contains records of the RCR training activities that you have completed, including CITI training (RCR, IRB, and IACUC), doctoral and master's RCR courses, and RCR workshops/events, as well as all classes you have attended through Research Education Training. Follow the link above for instructions for accessing your training transcript.
DegreeWorks contains RCR degree requirement statuses only for doctoral students with a catalog year of 2011-12 later, and for master's thesis students. (DegreeWorks does not include completions of RCR workshops/events.) Select the link above for more information.
Please note that there can be a delay of up to 24 hours after completion before the online training appears in the system
