Listed below are ways in which you may be able to check the RCR training status of your students, postdocs, or other individuals. The ability to use the options below will depend on which systems you are able to access. Select each link below for more information about the following:

A set of comprehensive RCR Reports is available to PIs and administrators. The reports provide information about NSF, NIH, and USDA-NIFA projects requiring RCR, along with information about the employees charging to them, their respective RCR training completions, and in-person contact hours. Banner can be used to check for completions of online CITI RCR training, doctoral RCR courses, and/or master's RCR courses. (Selecting this option opens a PDF file.) 

The file requires a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, to download and view PDF files. Most web browser applications support viewing PDFs.

DegreeWorks contains RCR degree requirement statuses only for doctoral students with a catalog year of 2011-12 or later, and for master's thesis students. (Selecting this option opens a PDF file).

The Research Education Training System can be used to check for completions of RCR Workshops, online CITI RCR training, doctoral RCR courses, and/or master's RCR courses. Only the attendee can access the training transcript, but you can request that your students or employees provide a copy.
