If you are a Georgia Tech employee (this includes GRAs and student assistants), you can access the RCR People Report in Cognos/WebWISE via your GT login ID. It provides training completion dates and contact hour information for all RCR training that you've completed: online CITI RCR training, doctoral RCR courses, master's RCR courses, Faculty RCR training, and RCR workshops/events (including workshops completed in legacy systems). Selecting the link above will open the report in Cognos. After running the report, selecting the number of contact hours will bring up a new screen with course/workshop attendance details.

RCR Workshops and events as well as Faculty RCR training courses are hosted in the Genius learning management platform.  Records of completions - as well as completion certificates - for classes completed through Genius are available on your Genius Dashboard. For pre-2022 workshop completions, refer to the RCR Reports or to Research Education and Training (Legacy system).

DegreeWorks contains RCR degree requirement statuses only for doctoral students with a catalog year of 2011-12 later, and for master's thesis students. (DegreeWorks does not include completions of RCR workshops/events.) Select the link above for more information.

Please note that there can be a delay of up to 24 hours after completion before the online training appears in the system. If you have completed PHIL 6000 this semester, it will not be updated in the system until the end of the semester, after grades are in.
